I am due to take ownership of a Lodge in Zimbabwe on Lake Kariba. I will be upgrading the existing 4 Bungalows to meet USA and UK visitor requirements.
I will be needing a contact person who is established in the USA, to take care of my marketing, and Bookings. I plan to offer all inclusive packages from 10 to 28 days.
I anticipate rates to be about 20% below market rate for the first year.
